^^^^^ All teams with 7:30 am games must sign in at 6:45 am, all other teams must report to the site coordinators tent/site 1hr prior to your game.

All Teams must Check-in. All forms must be presented.  All passes for players and guests must be presented at time of check in. 

Requirements needed for check-in:

1. State approved original 2009 Roster and 2 copies.  The copies will serve as your “Tournament” Roster.  Please copy your original roster, lining out any players who will not attend the tournament.  Add the names of any guests that you will have.  Make copies of this roster to be presented as your tournament roster.

2. Current valid original 2009 player passes for each player competing.

3. State approved Permission to Travel form for all teams outside of Region 1.  Region 1 teams do not require travel forms with the exception of New Jersey and Connecticut.

4. Medical release forms (original for each player competing including guest.  Notarization not required.  VYSA Medical release forms found under “Forms” to the left.

5. Guest players: U9-U12 max of 3 guest players.  U13-U19 max of 5 guest players.  Each guest must have a 2009 seasonal year valid, original player pass and a medical release form.  These are no guest player form. 

6. Emergency contact cell phone numbers for both your coach and manager. Print and provide completed Hunt Country Classic Weekend Contact Form at registration night.  (found under section to the left)
