Check-In will be Saturday morning 1 hr. prior to your first game time.

You must have:

2 copies of your roster, with guest players entered on bottom of the roster

Player Cards

Medical release forms/ your forms will be sufficient, I do not need copies, we will review originals

Contact information for Coach and Manager in case of changes, weather issues, cancelations

You must check in at the main location of your brackets games.  If you have one game at another location you must first check in on Saturday at the main site.  Only the team manager must be present.  The coach and players may go directly to game location.

Cards will be checked by referee’s prior to each game.
