FCSC Presents the Hunt Country Fall Classic

The Northern Virginia Soccer Club and Fauquier County Soccer Club are merging the Hunt Country Classic Soccer Tournament and the Fall Classic Soccer Tournament.

This partnership will enable both clubs to ensure the best level of competition for your Travel team and provide access to only the best playing fields for our participants. We will have a level of competition to meet your desired level of play.

When: November 17th and 18th, 2012

Where: Prince William and Fauquier Counties

Who: All Boys and Girls U9 – U19 Travel Teams *

Welcome to the Hunt Country Fall Classic 2012 Homepage!

The Hunt Country Fall Classic 2012 Tournament presented by Northern Virginia Soccer Club and the Fauquier County Soccer Cllub is a great way to end your club team’s Fall 2012 season! This year’s tournament will be held on November 17th and 18th, 2012 on some of the best soccer fields in the Mid-Atlantic--including both turf and championship quality Bermuda grass fields. Applications will be available shortly so please continue to check the tournament website for updates!

General Information

Application Deadline: Application MUST be submitted by October 24, 2012 with mail-in payment received no later than November 1, 2012. Applications are accepted online only. Full payment must be received before an application is considered to be complete. Teams that apply after October 24, 2012 or do not submit payment by November 1, 2012 will be placed on a waiting list. No refunds will be issued once accepted.
Age Groups/Teams: Club teams U9-U19 boys and girls. U9-U12 teams are allowed up to 14 players with a maximum of 3 guest players, U13-U16 teams are allowed up to 18 players with a maximum of 5 guest players, U17-U19 teams are allowed up to 22 players with a maximum of 5 guest players. A player may be rostered to play on only one team during the duration of this tournament.
Entry Fee: U9-U10 is $500; U11-U14 is $550; U15-U19 is $600. All teams will be scheduled for a minimum of three games.
Number of Players: U9 and U10 shall have a maximum of 7 (seven) players on the field of play and no less than 5 (five). U11 and U12 shall have a maximum of 8 (eight) players on the field of play and no less than 5 (five). U13 - U19 shall have a maximum of 11 (eleven) players on the field of play and no less than 7 (seven).
Coaching Conflicts: Potential coaching conflicts may be submitted for consideration along with the application; no requests will be considered after the schedules are completed. Coaches are responsible for managing any conflicts that may arise.
Notification of Acceptance: Accepted teams will be listed on November 5, 2012.
T-shirt Pre-orders. Pre-orders accepted until November 10th, 2012.
Mandatory Team Registration: Team registration is held one hour before the team’s first game on Saturday the 17th at the field. No need to drive in traffic on Friday evening just to register the team.
