Jack Hitchens, a Central Virginia Soccer Referee Association (CVSRA) sub-assignor, will be assigning referees for the FCSC Hunt Country Classic tournament that is being held at multiple sites in the Warrenton VA area on November 21-23, 2009. Warrenton is located about 1 hour from
Fredericksburg and
Washington DC , 1.5 hours from
Charlottesville , and approximately 2.0 hours from
Richmond . Jack will be receiving support from the CVSRA Richmond Area Assigning Team (Beth Hatchel and Marian Fletcher) during this tournament.
You are invited to submit your availability to work this tournament on the CVSRA website, www.cvsra.com
From the left side of the home page before logging in, select “Availability”, then click on “Northern Virginia Hunts Country Classic”. Enter the appropriate information and click on Submit.
If you have already submitted availability to Jack via email, you do not need to re-enter your availability into the CVSRA website as this will be done for you based on your original submissions.

We anticipate getting a schedule from the tournament in the next several weeks. Assignments should go out before the end of October. When you receive your assignments, please accept them promptly.
