In the U14 (U13-U14) and U16 (U15-U16) recreational program the players will have one practice per week and play a 11v11 game format on the weekend. FCSC offers a supplemental program, the “Speed Agility Quickness Program” on Fridays. The programs focus is on improving running technique and overall speed of players, descriptions below.
FCSC Speed Agility Quickness Program has been designed through research and years of experience. Coach Colby has put together training systems with the one goal of increasing confidence and performance of athletes. Speed, Power and Agility can be taught! Athletes of all skill levels will see results through reactive drills, sport speed, first step quickness, explosive and ballistic movements, linear acceleration and maximum velocity drills.
